Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We at Rozalie Let’s Flaunt follow very customer friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or any issues. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage everyone to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Cancellation: Orders once placed will not be cancelled, please make sure before placing the order.

Return: We humbly do not take returns on items sold once.

WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?

1. Exchange - Return not accepted due to colour Difference. 10-15% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
2. Exchange - Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
3. Exchange - Return not accepted due to any other reasons leading to sudden change of mind after placing the order.
4. Exchange - Return not accepted if the product is washed & worn and tags & labels removed.

EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES

Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. We have clearly mentioned all the measurements in inches. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please raise an email on support@rozalie.in mentioning order number, name, phone number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will be assisting everyone on case to case basis.

Kindly take a note we can not assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon availability of your size in your design at that time. Additionally, it will involve INR 200 additional charges per item to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pincodes. In this case customer is requested to send it back with order number, customer name and phone number on it.

EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS

It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect product, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. However, in rare scenario if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same. Such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send us an email on support@rozalie.in with details of the issues you are facing along with order opening video for verification purpose along with product images within 2 days once you receive your order. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified – we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product your way if available.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, with all its labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

First time parcel opening video is mandatory in both the scenarios otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
